NEVELLÈ OFFICIAL Legal Notice – Professional Tools & E-File Bits
Last Updated: April 2025
This Legal Notice applies to all professional tools, e-file bits, brush attachments and accessories supplied by Nevellè, including but not limited to carbide, diamond, ceramic, stainless steel, safety bits, cuticle bits, polishing bits, mandrels, sanding bands and all future rotary accessories.
Professional Use
Nevellè products are designed for professional use. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you are responsible for using them safely, correctly and in accordance with industry best practice and the manufacturer’s instructions.
User Responsibilities
Before each use, customers are responsible for:
- Inspecting all tools and e-file bits for signs of damage, wear, corrosion, bending, cracks, loose components or other defects.
- Ensuring all e-file bits are fully inserted and securely locked into the handpiece before operation.
- Using the correct speed, direction and pressure for the selected tool or bit.
- Maintaining and cleaning equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidance.
- Immediately discontinuing use if any vibration, unusual movement, excessive heat, damage or other abnormal operation is detected.
- Ensuring compatibility between Nevellè products and any third-party e-file handpiece or equipment.
Failure to carry out these checks may increase the risk of equipment failure, damage or injury.
Material Characteristics
Certain materials, including carbide, are extremely hard to provide effective cutting performance but may also be brittle. Although uncommon, breakage may occur due to accidental impact, incorrect use, excessive force, dropping, normal wear, incompatibility with equipment or an undetectable manufacturing imperfection.
Third-Party Equipment
Nevellè does not manufacture, test or service third-party e-file handpieces.
Accordingly, Nevellè cannot accept responsibility for:
- Broken or lodged e-file bits.
- Removal of broken bit shafts from handpieces.
- Damage to third-party handpieces or equipment.
- Repair or replacement costs relating to third-party equipment.
- Downtime, business interruption, loss of income or any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.
Any issues relating to the operation or repair of a third-party e-file handpiece should be referred to the manufacturer of that equipment.
Product Claims
If you believe a Nevellè product has suffered a manufacturing defect, please contact us promptly with:
- Your order number.
- Photographs of the product.
- A description of the incident.
- The make and model of the e-file handpiece (where applicable).
Each claim will be assessed individually, and where appropriate, investigated with our manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevellè shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of its professional tools or e-file bits.
Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes or limits any statutory rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of Scotland or the wider United Kingdom.
