 Shipping Information

UK Mainland Delivery

We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £99.
For orders under £99.

We use Royal Tracked 48.

All orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday), subject to stock availability.

If your order contains a pre-order item, everything will be shipped together once all items are available. If you’d like in-stock items sooner, you can either place a separate order or request a split shipment for an additional £3.99 fee.

Need it sooner? Choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for faster delivery.


Tracking & Delivery

Please ensure your email address and mobile number are entered correctly at checkout so you can receive tracking updates. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll be sent your Royal Mail tracking details.

Royal Mail may require someone to be present at the delivery address. If delivery is unsuccessful, your parcel may be held at your local delivery office. You can rearrange delivery or collection directly with Royal Mail using your tracking number.

Parcels returned to us due to missed delivery or non-collection will be subject to a re-delivery charge.


Delivery Times & Delays

 

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: usually delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch

Please allow up to 7 working days for UK deliveries before contacting us about delays, as courier networks can occasionally be affected during busy periods.

If Royal Mail confirms your parcel is lost after their investigation, please contact us at hello@nvnails.co.uk so we can assist with a claim.


 International Shipping

International orders are shipped with DHL. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

All international orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery times vary by destination, so please allow sufficient time for your parcel to arrive.

Please note: customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility. Nevellè is not able to cover these charges.

For quicker and sometimes more affordable options, you may wish to purchase through one of our authorised international distributors if available in your region.


Order Confirmation & Processing

  • A confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after your order is placed.

  • If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or confirm your email address was entered correctly.

  • If payment has been taken but you haven’t received confirmation, contact us at customerservice@nevelleofficial.co.uk

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

If any item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.


 Address Issues

If you realise you’ve entered the wrong shipping address, please update it straight away in your account.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, email us at customerservice@nevelleofficial.co.uk as soon as possible and we’ll try to correct it.

⚠️ Nevellè cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.


 Tracking Your Order

You can view your tracking information through your Nevellè account or your dispatch confirmation email.
Please check your tracking status before contacting us to avoid delays.


 Marked as Delivered but Not Received?

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact Royal Mail (UK) or DHL (international) directly with your tracking number.

We are unable to issue replacements or refunds if the courier confirms delivery.
