These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Nevellè website and any purchases made through it. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and any other policies referenced on our website.

1. About Nevellè
This website is owned and operated by Nevellè (“Nevellè”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
We supply professional nail products and accessories through our online store.

Many Nevellè products are intended for use by trained nail professionals.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:

- Follow all manufacturer instructions.
- Inspect products before each use.
Improper use may result in injury or damage.
5. E-File Bits & Professional Tools
This section applies to all Nevellè e-file bits including carbide, diamond, ceramic, stainless steel and all other rotary accessories & manual tools
By purchasing these products you acknowledge that:
- Professional tools should be inspected before every use.
- Carbide is extremely hard but naturally brittle.
- Incorrect use, accidental impact, excessive pressure, dropping or normal wear may cause damage or breakage.
- All e-file bits are used at the customer’s own risk.
Nevellè cannot accept responsibility for:
- Broken or lodged e-file bits.
- Damage to third-party e-file handpieces.
- Removal of broken bits.
- Repairs to third-party equipment.
- Loss of earnings, business interruption or indirect losses resulting from equipment failure.
- Injury to client when in use of equipment by User
Where a customer believes a product has suffered a manufacturing defect, we will investigate the matter on a case-by-case basis in accordance with UK consumer law.
Nothing within this section affects your statutory rights.
6. Pricing
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Prices include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors.
- Change prices without notice.
- Withdraw promotions.
- Cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.
7. Orders
An order is only accepted once you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
- Fraud is suspected.
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- Stock is unavailable.
- Pricing errors have occurred.

8. Payment
Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.

Nevellè is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Weather
- Industrial action
- Incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Ownership remains with Nevellè until full payment has been received.
10. Returns & Refunds
Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms.
Unless goods are faulty or not as described:
- Returned items must be unused.
- Returned items must be in original packaging.
- Hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return once opened.
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise required by law.
11. Intellectual Property

- Branding
- Product names
- Product photographs
- Videos
- Graphics
- Text
- Downloads
- Designs
remain the intellectual property of Nevellè unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without our prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, photographs, videos or other content to Nevellè, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Privacy practices
- Products or services offered by third parties.
14. Website Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website.
